Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) offers integrated and interoperable bill payment services to customers with certainty, reliability and safety of transactions. It offers bill payment services to customers through our mobile banking mode and provides instant confirmation. It will facilitate a cashless society through migration of bill payments from cash to electronic channel.
Currently the ADC Bank is offering Bill Payment under BBPS through its Mobile-Banking platform, other payment modes shall be added subsequently.

FAQs
1) How to make payment through BBPS?
- Customer can make bill payment from ADCB Mobile Banking app for Android or Iphone. Currently the ADC Bank is offering Bill Payment under BBPS through its Mobile-Banking platform
2) How to check whether a biller is available or not?
- The list of biller can be checked by visiting Register and Pay in ADCB mobile banking Application. It is being upgraded regularly.
3) What is Fetch Bill option?
- For making payment of your utility Bill, there is no need to enter your bill amount. System will fetch amount from biller and displays it on the screen.
4) How can I view my transaction status?
- Payment confirmation shall be received on registered mobile upon successful completion of the transaction instantaneously.
5) If the transaction is not completed when will I get my money back?
- Amount will be returned to the customer through the same account within 4-5 working days.
6) How can I register a complaint?
- Two kinds of complaints can be raised for BBPS Transactions. 1) Transaction-based complaint and 2) Service-based complaint. Both of them can be raised from ADCB Mobile banking application.
- Customer can also send mail to bbps[at]adcbank[dot]coop from their registered e-mail Id.
